The Single Leg Quadruped is a great core stability exercise that is gentle enough even for injured people, or people just starting a rehab or performance program. In this video we describe proper form as well as common issues and problems we see. Remember, it isn’t just what exercise you are doing, but how you are doing it. This is even more important for basic, foundational exercises like this one when our goal is not necessarily just strength, but improving coordination, movement patterns and muscle balance.
