The RNT (Reactive Neuromuscular Training) squat is great used as a rehab exercise or incorporated into your warmup or prehab routine. The banding facilitates glut activation and provides feed back to help you keep your knees tracking properly. At our Chiropractic clinic, we often see dramatic changes in squatting symptoms very quickly as position and muscle firing improves, often immediately. Combine this with the standing clamshell and lateral walks for a great hip activation warmup.
