Plank Chiropractic Exercise Demo

The plank obviously a very common exercise and is excellent in terms of core contraction vs. spinal loads. In this video we go over some common mistakes we see when doing planks and how to avoid them. This is basically a position in which we want to maintain a neutral spine and challenge our core including your lats/shoulder girdle, hips/gluts and abdominals to maintain that position.
