Elbow

Chiropractic provides a non-invasive, effective way to relieve golfer’s and tennis elbow without the many potential side-effects that come with surgery and prescription medications.

Golfer’s Elbow/Little League Elbow/Medial Epicondylosis

Despite its name, golfer’s elbow is not limited to golfers. It is a strain caused by repetitive and forceful movement of the wrists and fingers. In treating golfer’s elbow, chiropractic adjustments include active release and adjustment to correct mechanical issues relating to the wrist and elbow. This helps to relieve stress upon the elbow joint.

Tennis Elbow/Lateral Epicondylitis

Tennis elbow is typically a repetitive stress injury (RSI) that develops over time. It is caused by repetitive motions (such as gripping a racket during a swing or typing) which can strain the muscles and put too much stress on the tendons. This constant tugging can eventually cause microscopic tears in the tissue. Treatment is focused on getting tissues mobile. Specific treatments would be ART, Acupuncture, Graston and cupping for soft tissue and adjustments for joint mobility.
