This exercise, along with the “W” and overheads are great to counteract the postural stresses of modern life. Computers, sitting, driving all bring us forward and neglect posterior muscle activation. This is a simple, quick way to incorporate some posterior muscle activation as well as neck, shoulder, and spine mobility. Try to get to a few of these multiple times a day to keep things moving and working properly.
