Pull Down Chiropractic Exercise Demo

The pull down can be a great shoulder girdle exercise, or a nightmare, depending on how it is done and which muscles are recruited. We are looking for good posterior scapular muscle activation as well as a strong, stable core, with no excessive back arching. Done properly, this will help retrain postural muscles, improve shoulder stability and mobility and activate your core. This is a great way to build into a proper pull up as well.
