This exercise is one we don’t use a lot, but when needed, is very important. So much of our lives today involves pronated grip and can lead to elbow problems. This trains the elbow and surrounding muscles to work in the supinated position, which can alleviate muscle imbalances. It is absolutely essential to do it properly, with this type of grip as opposed to a standard tricep extension.
